Join the NIH Office of Research on Women’s Health in formally recognizing the winning institutions of the NIH Prize for Enhancing Faculty Gender Diversity in Biomedical and Behavioral Science.

In partnership with the American Association for the Advancement of Science's STEMM Equity Achievement (SEA) Change initiative and in collaboration with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s Committee on Women in Science, Engineering, and Medicine, this forum recognizes the efforts of institutions of higher education, including SEA Change Institutional Bronze Awardees and Members, that have seen sustained improvement in faculty gender diversity, equity and inclusivity across STEMM. This event offers an opportunity to learn about institutional strategies and practices that have effected systemic change.


  • Vision for Institutional Change

  • Reducing Barriers to Career Advancement
